Dual throttle manifold kit 42mm Manufactured from a new heat treated aluminium casting these throttle manifolds have the throttle bore machined directly into the neck of the manifold, stainless steel throttle shafts run in teflon bronze bushes .Large head flange allows large ports to be created without welding
Injectors are mounted outboard and spray directly at the valve and are secured with a furnace brazed fuel rail with integral rail bracket-rails are available in 2 lengths to suit regular 14mm injectors or shorty siemens and Weber pico injectors.
Rails are built with -6 male hose threads or rail mounted Bosch pressure regulator available in 3 Bar fixed pressure with vac boost reference Ford PN 98MF-9C968-BB ( We no longer supply these)

Throttle position sensor is included and uses regular 3 pin mini timer connector
Throttle levers are made from thick stainless steel with detachable idle stop and full throttle stop Stainless steel throttle return springs.
Filter/ hose attachments are cast from aluminium and are tapered to accept a 63mm ID pressure hose or air filter. Internal cone tapers down to 40mm and can be easily match ported to upto 50mm throttles O ring sealed to manifold
