For fitment with injector next to fan shroud a short Siemens or Pico injector must be used.
Throttle can be custom built to reverse the position and allow longer injector fitted to the rear car

Throttle Position sensor can be fitted with connector up or down but needs to be up to clear alternator, may fit in the down postion when using a dynamo
The original manifold has a bore of slightly over 34mm so will need porting slightly to match the 36mm bore of the the throttle.
The original VW manifold and end peices will support over 100hp and equal power and torque to multithrottle or dual carbs upto 4500rpm . Dyno tests carried out on the VW Speed Shop digital dyno with a 1904cc(74x90.5) engine with C35 camshaft, CB 044 heads
